🏠 Inside the Home

  • Fixture Swaps: Replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, leaky faucets, Toilet Tank Component Overhauls: Swapping out worn flappers, fill valves, and flush mechanisms to stop running toilets and quiet noisy water tanks. (Note: Shutoff valve must be in solid working order)

  • I handle clean cosmetic toilet replacements—including new wax rings, and bolts—provided your subfloor, flange, and shut-off valves are already in solid shape.

  • (Note: I do not perform structural plumbing overhauls or deep line repair.)

  • > Hardware Upgrades: Replacing outdated interior and exterior door knobs/hardware, upgrading deadbolts.

  • Smart Upgrades: Installing video doorbells, mounting TVs (50 inch and under), and setting up shelving.

  • General Fixes: Patching interior drywall, fixing cabinet hinges, and furniture assembly.

🛒 A Quick Note on Fixtures & Materials:To keep my rates affordable and fair, I operate strictly on a "Labor-Only Installation" basis for all decorative and mechanical swaps. This means you get to pick out and purchase the exact style of kitchen faucet, toilet, deadbolt, or door knob that you love from your favorite store. Once your new fixture is sitting in your home, just text me a photo—I will roll out with my tools to handle the clean, professional installation!

Outside the House

  • Fence Repair: Fixing broken panels, securing loose pickets, and reinforcing leaning structural posts.

  • Deck Repair: Replacing rotted or damaged deck boards, securing loose hardware, and reinforcing stairs.

  • Gutter Cleaning & Maintenance: Clearing out packed leaves and debris to ensure smooth drainage and prevent water damage
